Supported builders
The site names Lovable, Bolt.new, Cursor, v0, and Replit. Claude Code and Windsurf were not in that list. A public URL can still be submitted.
What it is
VibeWrench is an independent scanner for apps made with AI tools. A security scan covers headers, TLS, secrets, cookies, CORS, and related issues. Other scan types cover speed, SEO, accessibility, and dependencies.
You can pass a website URL, a public GitHub repository, or pasted code. The project says it does not scan private repositories. The about page lists a free tier of 3 scans per month with no signup.
Best for: A quick no-account pass over a public URL or a public repo before you pick a heavier scanner.
Watch-outs
- Private repositories are out of scope by design.
- The free cap is small. Confirm current limits on the site before you rely on it.
Our take
Opinion from ShipSafeStack. Not a score, not a certification, and not a sponsorship.
A reasonable first look because it does not ask for an account. Three scans a month will not carry a team that deploys daily. The fix prompts are a starting point for your builder, not a patch you should apply blindly.
